Grace was extremely proficient in processing my oil change and tire rotation, however the website indicated that they wash your vehicle with the service. They don’t and that was disappointing. In addition the dealer technician could not or didn’t want to do the tire rotation because they could not find my stock wheel lock key. Again disappointed. A Jeep Dealership without a master wheel lock key. Plus I found my key in the bottom of the glove box. I guess a 3:30 appointment is too late in the day for full service.I was really hoping that this would be a good experience. I guess I have to stay with Kelly where I purchased a gladiator, two wranglers and a compass. Sorry Grace that your team is not up to your standard of high level of customer service! More
