Terrible dealer. ..makes a second attempt to reach out to me only to repeat the same garbage making it seem your cat is not worth what th internet says they are lying. ..makes a second attempt to reach out to me only to repeat the same garbage making it seem your cat is not worth what th internet says they are lying. It's what we say it's worth...this miss out key features to scam custo.ers out of thousands because expensive features are not attached to the Vin they have to be added manually and they leave them out to profit more ..its really sad. Awesome customer service. Since I started looking for a new Lexus every dealership was giving me a bait and switch one price over the phone and even worse over the internet ,t Since I started looking for a new Lexus every dealership was giving me a bait and switch one price over the phone and even worse over the internet ,than at the time of signing they would tack on $5,000 to $10,000 more . I walked away from 5 signings for my new Rx 350 before I found Orange County Lexus. Your dealership is the only one that has kept their word with the out the door price. And even though I have to drive over 2 hours to get there to pick up my new car you now have a customer for life !! More

I reached out to Lexus of Orange County on Tuesday April 12th, looking to get information on the Lexus RX 350h SUV, which there was no available inventory for at my local Lexus Dealer. Within a short time I 12th, looking to get information on the Lexus RX 350h SUV, which there was no available inventory for at my local Lexus Dealer. Within a short time I received an immediate response from Lexus of Orange County. I then began an inquiry over the email with my sales representative, Marc Mendoza. Marc and his team at Lexus of Orange County were outstanding and demonstrated a very high level of customer service, as well as promptly addressing all of my questions and concerns. I was able to negotiate with them in a professional manner and within 24 hours, I was on my way to Middletown, NY, a 2 hour drive, to pick up my new vehicle. I have to say that when I arrived at the Dealer, they knew I was going to be late, but their team stayed late to complete the transaction. They did not make me feel rushed and all employees were outstanding. The kicker was when I went to see my new vehicle and there was a great big bow on the roof!. To me, that was an amazing touch. Marc helped educate me on the new electronics in the vehicle, so that I felt comfortable before I departed for home. I do not think I have ever written up a recommendation for a car dealer, but this time I wanted to ensure that I highly recommended Lexus of Orange County. I will be sure to tell all of my family, friends and co-workers that this was a great experience and well worth the 2 hour drive. More
