Toyota dose a good job but could be more economical. Labor is high. Could use better trianing with customer service when it comes to service and repair and sales. Ive had more then one indecent with poor treatment. Makes me think twice about buying another car from this dealership. Hopefully next time im in for service I dont get rude or condescending answers to my concerns! For instance, my question was my breaks squeak when backing up and not just a small squeak but a very load squeak, whats that all about? Can you check it for me? Answer: We can check that out but thats very common and it happens alot with these cars. Looks at me like im stupid/crazy for worring or asking about it! Thats just one of a few times ive had a smart answer that wasent very comforting and definitely dident make me want to buy another car!! Ian im sure has been there a while and should no better then to say that as well as act like your stupid for asking such a questions. Ive had a ton of cars in my day and unless the breaks were bad, which mine wernt, they never squeaked loudly while backing up. Hopefully Ian could be informative and well as less condescending for the next customer. Ill be back but about another time that happens Im sure I wont be back! By the way Jeff the driver of the shuttle van was awesome and is a good guy! Wish you had more customers service like his. He deserves a raise!! More

Loved the car tutorial (and the car itself) - that was Exceptional. We are from out of state and no one told us to bring a cashiers check ( we are paying cash) - and the Finance guy just said go to a Exceptional. We are from out of state and no one told us to bring a cashiers check ( we are paying cash) - and the Finance guy just said go to a bank, sorry but that is our policy. Our sales mguy was never to be seen again. Fortunately, our bank , Chase, was 10 minutes away and could help us. As a customer, the experience just expressed the attitude that we are easily replaced and not special. We will buy in Nebraska next time. More
