Our Prius drowned in the hurricane so we bought Lexus from Pembroke Pines and drove it to South Carolina. They assured us the title would come within 30 days. Seven weeks later and we still have no title from Pembroke Pines and drove it to South Carolina. They assured us the title would come within 30 days. Seven weeks later and we still have no title and are completely unable to register the car in South Carolina. Lexus of Pembroke Pines is appalling at returning phone calls and does not answer emails. We had to escalate to corporate and heir records show our title was mailed to Lexus of Pembroke Pines October 31, 2024. We’re now in December and we still have not received title and are still unable to register the car. We absolutely love the car but would never use this dealership again. More

The car is lovely and the sales experience was simple. BUT we bought the car six weeks ago and still the title has not been shipped to South Carolina. The 30 day tag expired and we had to raise xxxx to ge BUT we bought the car six weeks ago and still the title has not been shipped to South Carolina. The 30 day tag expired and we had to raise xxxx to get a new 30 day tag sent. I do not recommend buying a car here from out of state. South Carolina DMV contacted us to say the title still has not been shipped from Florida to South Carolina so they still cannot issue us a license plate. We only recommend this dealership if you live in Florida. More
