He provided us with lunch while we waited. Juda represented Crest Cadillac very well with his customer service and pleasing personality. I had search all over the 3 state area for a Cadillac XT4 in red and Crest was the ONLY one who had it. They worked with me since I lived in Shreveport, LA and had to wait until my check cleared the bank. After speaking to Glen and explaining the hold up, which at this time was about 2 weeks, he was able to hold the car for me until I get there. I kept telling him that that is "MY" car. I love my new shinny red car and the trip was very well worth it To go from a 2005 Cadillac CTX to a 2020 Cadillac XT4, was a blessing from GOD . The car was in excellent condition. A shout out, hats off, two thumbs up, and two snaps to Glen and Juda!!!!!!!! Great to have a "wing" man.

That doesn’t include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have that’s kind of fishy because the bank don’t negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but Clay Cooley has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there in the pictures so they can’t say I am lying!!! I will be getting a attorney!!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our pricing and availability. We strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing and availability to all of our customers, and we apologize if we fell short in your case. Once Cadillac schedules a vehicle to be delivered to the dealership, the vehicle information is automatically uploaded in our system and third-party companies, such as cars.com, auto-populates the info to their site. This unfortunately happens to all of our incoming inventory, even if it's a customer's pre-ordered unit. Once the vehicle arrives we have a waiting period for the customer to take ownership, if they fail to respond in a timely manner we are then able to offer it to the public. We understand how frustrating this process can be, I promise, it's not our intention to use pre-sold units as a bait and switch tactic.
