Regina was so personable it was my great fortune to have her as my facilitator. An example of her dedication in satisfying me as a customer, is that she came in on her day off to work with us and purchasing this new vehicle. Also, Charlie McHale greeted me as a personal friend not just a customer. He also wished me a Happy Birthday, which I recently celebrated. He researched who was coming in which was a plus in making us feel welcome. My finance manager, Alex Muniz also deserves a kudo for his no nonsense preparation of our paperwork.
