Sales communication strategy left me with the feeling the bait and switch stereotype is alive and well. No follow up from sales person and even up to this day, which is now going on week 3 Manager promi bait and switch stereotype is alive and well. The experience we had and multiple opportunities doesn’t deserve my time to jot down. But, we will not be return customers because the steps to make us a first time customer were never secured. More

The experience was fine but I do not agree with a 3% debit card charge on the down payment. Also any addons to the published sales price needs a better explanation.
