Glenn was especially patient in taking his time explaining to me the many features of my new car, such as how to maneuver around the screen to control such things as the temp. to my liking. The part of the screen showing cars or people behind me in a parking lot is very helpful. Glenn was a great and knowledgeable salesman for me.
