The truck I purchased had orange mud caked up inside the engine compartment and the undercarriage, a lot of it. The heater does not work, this could be an expensive fix. The grill is loose and makes noise at 50 mph, the fog lights are loose and one of the lights in the bed needs to be replaced. The director would not budge on the price but happily sold a truck with issues as though it was top notch. Word of mouth is not their side. More

Went in for some preliminary shopping and said specifically and repeatedly I was not going to buy as I did not have my spouse with me. Despite this Glenn tried to pressure me into a sale, going a specifically and repeatedly I was not going to buy as I did not have my spouse with me. Despite this Glenn tried to pressure me into a sale, going as far as putting down a number on a piece of paper, drew a line with an X next to it and dropped a pen on the paper. This tells me he either doesn’t listen/care, or puts profit over customer service. Either way I find this highly disrespectful and talked him out of a guaranteed sale in a few weeks. My salesman unfortunately lost money out of his wallet because of Glenn. More

I had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. I live in Daytona and found them online through a search. We called to inquire and Lexi was great getting the process started for us. Dm this dealer. I live in Daytona and found them online through a search. We called to inquire and Lexi was great getting the process started for us. Dmytro was very helpful working with us to figure out the pricing over the phone before we made the drive to St. Cloud from Daytona, Fady was so personable and helpful with getting us squared away with the paperwork when we got to the dealership, and Mike in the financing department was wonderful - honest and knowledgeable. The manager was also very accommodating to our needs. It was really the most seamless vehicle purchasing process I’ve ever had, and I’m happy I got a great car at the right price. Would 100% recommend this team to help with car buying needs. I’d definitely go back in the future. More
