I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about getting it fixed as it would likely be very expensive. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. I am so glad that we have continued to do business with Crown as they treat you like they would their own family. I intend to continue doing business with Crown for as long as possible as they stand by their customers and take care of them with top notch service and care. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done. More
