My salesperson was nice, however before i left with the vehicle i was purchasing myself and my father asked if there was anything wrong and or did they check the DEF system the salesman replied i think so. vehicle i was purchasing myself and my father asked if there was anything wrong and or did they check the DEF system the salesman replied i think so. 45 minutes into my drive home the def light went off i immediately called the dealership they told me to take the vehicle to my dealership of choice and that Hawthorne Chevrolet would take care of the bill. My vehicle is currently at motorworld in Wilkes Barre PA awaiting a wire harness to solve the def system problem, hopefully your dealership stands by your word. More

Excellent service from Steve. The truck sales man never connected w/me about a new one. Took all of my information. Called while I was in route home so I couldn’t speak then and NEVER returned that call. Weeks have gone by and I still haven’t a quote on 2 new dump trucks. Additionally, I thought he was lazy to get the number off the windshield so I went across the street twice because I didn’t get the right number the first time, mainly because he didn’t describe I needed two numbers off the sticker. His friendliness had a lot to be desired. Older man who seemed interested in a commission yet didn’t go an inch out of his way to make a sale. Perhaps it’s because I’m a girl buying a dump truck, perhaps he didn’t take me seriously. I’m thinking of shopping elsewhere because of his demeanor and lack of enthusiasm towards a sale. More
