They responded to our Truecars request rather quickly, The sales team, including Kristi Liberti, Glen Miller and Allison Gonzalez worked in unisom, and each responded to my questions quickly, given that I was very busy at work that week and had to communicate with them sporadically through texting in between meetings. I would like to mention their professional demeanor, and the transparent style of communication without resorting to any hard court press type of sales tactics, Glenn Miller was forthcoming and very knowledgeable about all the features of the different trim levels of the Outback. Last but not least, Nicole Sciamarelli, the delivery specialist, did a very clear and to-the-point run down of the myriad of features and their relationships before we drove the car away. It is also worth mentioning that the dealership has a nice vibe, people working their looked calm and happy, which usually indicates a soothing customer experience. Thanks to their upfront transparency, the transaction took only two trips, first one for a test drive and understanding of features, second one to take the car home. We would recommend this dealership to others, especially busy professionals who do homework ahead of time and demand a seamless, transparent and speedy transaction. More

Jr (aka Glen) my sales representative was patient with me and also dealt with all the question i had about my car while at work or at home, which really made feel welcomed and also that the were really dedicated to me. Also Daniella Brisindi helped me learn every little tech item in the car and i didn't feel like she was rushing though it. She gave me this little notebook for all my questions . Bonus, i got the velcro for my ez-pass. Seriously though they really made my first car buying experience fantastic and i hope to do business with them again More

I made an appointment with Glen Miller at the dealership. Glen was waiting for me with keys in hand to test-drive the Forester. While my wife and I took the Forester for a spin, Glen had his manager evaluate my trade-in. Glen gave me the car for what Ivon had quoted (even threw in the splash-guards), and the trade-in price was exactly what I felt the old car was worth. Nicole Sciamarelli patiently explained the intricacies of the car- from soup to nuts. Total time in the dealership - less than 3 hours - and I drove out with a new 2017 Subaru Forester. I would definitely recommend World Subaru and especially the dedicated and professional team that took care of me. More
