Not only were they pleasant and courteous but their service dept is on the ball as well. I had all intentions of working with Rich Riccitelli again but he was gone for the evening so I had the pleasure of dealing with JR. Once again I received top notch service and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Before leaving with the new car, Tara spent 15 minutes going over all the options and features and answered all my questions. I highly recommend World Subaru to those looking for a reliable dealership that won't disappoint. More

He brought me a car that was exactly what I asked for and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. After everything was said and done Toni sat with me in the car and went over every single feature the car has and showed me how to use everything and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have someone walk you through all the features the car offers. I had gone to another dealership 2 days before and the whole experience was a disaster. After going to World Subaru and working with Glen and Toni I felt like I was in dealership heaven! About a week and a half later when my plates were ready, I went to the dealership and Tara helped me right away and put my plates on and answered any questions I had. She also gave me a $25 gas card! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was awesome! More

I came into look at vehicles on a weds night, let him him know what i wanted the next day, and when i came in he had all the paperwork ready for me and was in the dealership less than an hour and left with my 2018 Subaru Forester Black Edition. Kristen walked me through all the financials and final paperwork expertly and was very clear and concise on what i was signing. Tara Lee Mullins was great in showing me all the feature of my new vehicle and getting acclimated with what the car can do. It was an awesome experience, really next level service. Highly recommend! However, the financial manager was aloof and bordered on being rude. We discussed our monthly payment and agreed upon a cost, and it was not until we were signing the actual lease agreement with a 3rd person that we realized the monthly amount we agreed upon was for a 4-year lease, not 3-year lease which we had wanted. We went ahead with the deal anyway, but have a sour taste about the financial manager and feel he was not upfront or forthcoming. More

Each step, each piece of paper and every question I had was addressed professionally and simply. Each step of the purchase flowed into the next without any pressure or lengthy waiting. FANTASTIC! Once the car was ready to go, Tonilynn took over and discussed each button, screen, app, lever, knob and feature that was on the dash! lots of questions didn't phase her a bit, and she had a really nice way of helping me understand the techy details. JR (Glen Miller) was professional and gave a fair value for my trade in and multiple lease options on the new Forester I chose. I never felt pressured, JR was easy going and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my schedule and answered all of my questions via email, minimizing the time at the dealership.
