I worked with them again due to their friendliness and professionalism throughout their sales group and the great service I've received from their service department for over 15 years. Almost every time I walked into the showroom, Sam Spencer seemed to be there and say "hello" and chat, even though I was working with another sales rep Glen "JR" Miller. I made an initial quote inquiry through TrueCar and received quick responses from Jonathan Smith & Sue Zurica. One or the other checked back in with me every few days through email & phone calls. I thought it was a good amount of follow-up. Anyway, I've talked about a new car on & off with JR for over a year. I finally was ready to buy this last couple of weeks, after paying off the loans of my other two Subarus. JR provided several ideas and recommendations, from Certified Pre-Owned to buying new. Once I decided on the new vehicle and options I needed, JR and I communicated via phone to finalize the purchase price. We setup an appt on a Saturday morning and although the dealership was very busy, the sales group completed the purchase paperwork efficiently. JR handled getting my credit & insurance information and then Mike Lomazzo went over the extended warranty options they could offer and final signatures. They didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted at the dealership, which I was aware of prior, but got one transferred to them on the following Monday. Travis Foster handled some of the final steps and had it detailed and ready for pickup Tuesday night. When picking up, Tara Mullins pleasantly and thoroughly showed me the vehicle and explained how to use & set up all the inside stuff. Overall, the whole group was great and easy to work with and I plan to use them again on my next Subaru purchase. More

Over the past ten years, after purchasing a number of Subaru's for myself and family members, I have come to know Girsh Berman. When he found out the I frequently traveled to work in his native country of Latvia, we quickly became friends. When I would come for service for my Subaru, I would always stop by his desk and say HI! My daughter just had her second child...and the car she was in was not appropriate for her and her two boys! So I decided to give her my 2013 Subaru Outback. Upon making my decision, I quickly went to Girsh. We talked a bit, worked out a deal...hammered out the details...and completed the deal today. Girsh's honesty, good nature, knowledge, and professionalism is something to admire. I look forward to coming in for service...seeing the always pleasant, more than helpful, and professional Nancy Miller in the service center...and of course saying HI to Girsch. I must also give a "shout out'" to J.R. He was instrumental in my purchase of my 2013 Outback and 2013 Legacy. He too has become a one of my friends at World Subaru. I have come to know these three individuals over the past ten years. Yes, I love my Subaru...and they are the reasons I come back to World Subaru! JR and Nicole were awesome!!! After losing my Honda Civic in a hit and run last year, me and wife agreed that if we ever go car shopping again, it was going to be a Subie! We fell in love with the Subaru Ascent at the NYC Auto show early last year, So ironically the timing was perfect. I was introduced to JR from a good friend of mine the rest was history. JR was very patient with us, not pushy. Gave us the cost straight up and even held the vehicle for us while I was going through a gov shutdown! . To add to that, I was also introduced to Nicole Sciamarelli who walked us to our new vehicle and was very informative about all the features. And there were alot of features in our vehicle, dont know how Nicole has all that info in her head but she was amazing. Me and my wife felt really comfortable with her and she really took her time with us(even though it was such a cold night! After emailing and visiting a few different dealerships, I found World Subaru to be the best all around. Glen "JR" Miller was phenomenal throughout the process, as was Nicole Sciamarelli who walked me through all the tech inside the car. They got me the car I wanted and, in my opinion, it was a no-nonsense dealership. At no time did I feel uncomfortable talking to Glen ("JR") or anyone else at the dealership. Overall, they seemed to have a great team there. Would definitely buy from them again. More
