Tanner Motors did not contact me in a timely manner when I answered a customer service text on a service failure. I brought my truck in to have it serviced in December. Service Rep informed me that they could not perform the work on a fog light problem after my oil change was completed. When they noticed that I sent a complaint to corporate late January they worked hard to correct the service problem to my satisfaction More

Promptly greeted when I arrived, Elliot knew exactly what I arrived for. He gave me an estimate how long it would take. My Pacifica was fixed and ready 10 minutes early.
