Mark sold me my previous Subaru Outback 10 years ago, and when I needed a new car (after 146,000 miles), there was no question that I would consult Mark. Once again, he kept me informed about the availabili when I needed a new car (after 146,000 miles), there was no question that I would consult Mark. Once again, he kept me informed about the availability of cars that met my specifications, patiently listened to and answered my questions, and I'm now the happy owner of a Crosstrek. Mark is not the typical used car salesman -- i.e., he doesn't exert pressure or dismiss customer concerns; rather, he listens to ensure that he's providing all the necessary information. Mark and the service department are the reasons I'm a loyal Cityside Subaru customer. More

This is the first Subaru I've ever bought, and the first car I've ever bought. I'm a customer for life now because of the people at this dealership.
