Just had a really good experience at World Subaru with the lease return of my 2018 Forrester,.. and the start of a brand new lease with a 2021 Forrester. The quality of the car speaks for itself. My wife and I loved the Forrester over the past 3 years, and it was a no brainer to get into a newer deal once our initial lease was over. Our deal was very easy because of our VIP status, and their competent Sales Team. As with our first lease, Girsh Berman was extremely helpful with all the necessary details related to the return of the old car, and the initiation of the new lease for the new car. Girsh easily took us through all the necessary steps, which made the overall experience quick, efficient, and painless. We had our new car ready to roll the following morning. Upon receipt of our new car, Nicole Sciamarelli spent some quality time with us to go over all the bells and whistles associated with the 2021 Model, including the Starlink features and the overall operation and functionality of all operator dashboard controls , icons, gages, and switches, She also made herself available for follow-up questions that may arise as we get into initial operation of our new vehicle. We highly recommend World Subaru to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car, backed with a conscientious Sales and Service group. More
