I was greeted right away and was assisted immediately to process my return. I was offered water and coffee and was comforted by all levels of staff as I waited. Girsh Berman got my interest in the new STI and I was sold on the car. During the lease transaction, Girsh was very accommodating and moved through rather quickly and efficiently through the process. The staff were very accommodating as I tried for several hours to get insurance and even stayed 2 hours past close to get this deal done. Girsh and the rest of the staff were patient and deserving of my continuing business. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations with there service at levels I am accustomed to from higher end car dealers such as Lexus and BMW of whom I leased from in the past. I highly recommend this dealership and commend Girsh on his knowledge and thoroughness of the process which put me at ease. More

My experience at World Subaru with Faith Fontaine (Internet Associate), Girsh Berman (Sales Associate) and Michael D'aiello (Sales Manager) was a triple sucess. She convinced me that I needed an appointment to come in and speak with a representative, even though this was the furthest dealership from me. Girsh greeted me at the door with the greatest non-pushy, yet friendly style. He was patient, thorough and efficient at obtaining accurate answers to all of my questions. He was professional, yet still cordial. Lastly, Mike cinched the deal with the bottom line price. His negotiation process was pleasant and painless. I will definitely come back to "World Subaru" for another new car, but I think this Subaru will outlive me. More

There was no pressure from him on any aspect of the deal and I spent quite a lot of his time coming to decisions on various aspects of the financing. But neither he nor Mike the Finance manager and Mike the Sales mgr showed any impatience with us at all and that was truly appreciated. We had been to another Subaru dealership much closer to home where we spent almost three hours without getting a firm price for the car from the salesman or his manager. When we visited World we got direct answers to our questions and had no trouble arriving at a fair price. There was truly a huge difference dealing with World. More
