Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to God and then to Mr. Lloyd Facen, an exceptional salesman at Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet in Carrollton, Texas, for assisting my son in purchasing his first car. Lloyd made the process remarkably easy and straightforward. Despite our arrival 30 minutes before closing time, he was patient and gave us his full attention. He did not attempt to take advantage of my son due to his age or inexperience. Instead, Lloyd presented various options and secured the best possible deal. My mother and I traveled from Louisiana to assist my son with understanding the paperwork and ensuring that he received the car he desired. Ja’Kobe is a diligent young man who had carefully saved his money for this purchase, and he wisely sought assistance. Lloyd worked within the down payment and financing that suited my son's budget without requesting excessive personal information, unlike some other dealerships. The team at Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet provided us with a warm welcome. Despite our arrival just before closing on a Saturday evening, the process could not be completed until the following Monday. As we were from out of town, we extended our stay by one night. My mother humorously suggested that the dealership should cover our hotel and car rental expenses, to which the Finance Manager, Gio responded, "Just bring the receipts." This level of customer service exemplified the exceptional treatment we received. In conclusion, for an outstanding car-buying experience, I highly recommend visiting Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet and consulting with Mr. Lloyd Facen. They truly deliver a family-like atmosphere.
