I purchased a car from this dealership, and myself and the salesman knew there was an exhaust leak, but we added into the contract that the leak would be fixed by them. The salesman and I had been texting trying to figure out an appointment that worked for both myself and the dealership, but I kept getting short responses like "I'll talk to them" and "they'll give you a call" with no follow through, after almost 2 months of going back and forth with this, I finally got my appointment. I brought the car in and prior to the appointment I had told them not to weld the drainage hole in the muffler, and even sent a picture of where it was leaking to avoid confusion because the drainage hole is a necessary part to the car and was NOT the leak I was talking about, and they went and welded exactly what I told them not to. After telling them their mistake and that they needed to fix this, they told me to just go ahead and fix it myself. Completely unprofessional and quite honestly lazy. I'd recommend avoiding this place. More
