If you’re looking for a dealership and salesperson who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Gio at Shaker Hyundai. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Gio at Shaker Hyundai. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and even helped track down my 2026 Hyundai Sonata Limited in a color he knew I absolutely loved. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. I never felt pressured… just supported and well informed. Gio was incredibly knowledgeable, and he even sat with me in my new Sonata to explain all of its features and technology until I felt completely comfortable. I later learned he used to be the person at the dealership who taught customers how to use their new vehicles before moving into sales, and it definitely showed. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and made buying a new car feel exciting rather than stressful. I’d also like to thank Kyle, the sales manager, who was helpful and supportive throughout the process. It was clear they both wanted to make sure I found the right vehicle and had a great experience. Gio’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for his customers really stood out. If you’re shopping for a Hyundai, I highly recommend visiting Shaker Hyundai and asking for Gio. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future. Thank you to Gio, Kyle, and the team at Shaker Hyundai for making my new car purchase such a positive experience! More
