From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and even helped track down my 2026 Hyundai Sonata Limited in a color he knew I absolutely loved. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. I never felt pressured… just supported and well informed. Gio was incredibly knowledgeable, and he even sat with me in my new Sonata to explain all of its features and technology until I felt completely comfortable. I later learned he used to be the person at the dealership who taught customers how to use their new vehicles before moving into sales, and it definitely showed.
