There is a visible lack of excellence in both customer service and technical support. My oil change took over three hours, leaving me no time to have other issues addressed (brake fluid and induction serv service and technical support. My oil change took over three hours, leaving me no time to have other issues addressed (brake fluid and induction service). I would have gladly spent more money if it had not taken 2 hours just to get me on a lift. I sent a more complete email to the "Talk to the GM". page. I have a lot of customizing I want to do, but I will not get it done there. They even screwed up my tire pressure. How can you do that? That takes real effort. It was as though everyone was doing the bare minimum to get paid. I talked to one CSR about upgrades to my truck and I got the feeling he was not interested. Anyway, I'll get the brakes and induction services somewhere else. Maybe a shop that is hungry for success. This was not my first disappointing experience at CFLCJDR, but it will be my last. More

This is the best dealership I have gone to for maintenance. They are transparent on the work by serving videos of the work. They are friendly and the service is as quick as possible. I bought a brand new RAM 1500 on February 7th of this year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB por year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB port that wasn’t functioning). Every time, I complained about it pulling to the right. The thing is, it would start pulling suddenly without any apparent reason, and then stop pulling just as suddenly. I recorded videos showing the problem in different situations, and they insist it’s an alignment issue. It’s not. I have three cars, and the only one with this defect is this brand-new RAM 1500. Anyway, I work seven days a week, and after several unsuccessful repair attempts, I decided to contact a lawyer because I definitely don’t want this car anymore and I want my money back. More
