I went to the dealer to do a 60k maintenance. They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil cooler housing supposedly is leaking oil and it broke the brand new clutch. They say it is not cover with warranty. They should have said something to me when they did the clutch I do not think anybody will work in a car and replace a part if you know something else could damage your work. At the end the service manager tried to help but how could you trust them ? I am going to take my car to another mechanic and get to the root of this issue. Even if I have to go to de BBB or any entity that could help me with this issue. More

My experience was below average because even though I had an appointment the wait time was almost 3 hours long even though I was told it would be around 1 1/2 to 2 hours which is ridiculous considering that an appointment the wait time was almost 3 hours long even though I was told it would be around 1 1/2 to 2 hours which is ridiculous considering that I had an appointment. It sucks that when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership and is provided with the free oil change promotion, it’s a different thing when you actually go to get it done. You are not considered a priority and that’s what I really disliked. More
