I took my Toyota Tundra to their service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't buy my truck from them, and I'd never been in there for service before. I went in for 3 things 2 of which I figured would be covered by my warranty and left getting none of it done. The main reason I went in was for a tune which they only told me they wouldn't do after the covered by my warranty and left getting none of it done. The speedometer also was off but they said they wouldn't fix it unless it was over 5% off which 4mph at 50mph is over 5%. Overall I felt scammed since everything I asked for had a reason they couldn't do it after I already paid. More
