Best Experience Gillian Barnes was terrific to work with! My twin sister and I came to Crown Acura to look at the RDX’s. We were immediately greeted by Gillian who to Gillian Barnes was terrific to work with! My twin sister and I came to Crown Acura to look at the RDX’s. We were immediately greeted by Gillian who took us directly to look at the car and for a test drive. Upon arriving back to the dealership, she kindly introduced us to John, the manager. Gillian listened closely to our needs and shared the details of the car and Acura ownership with us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in building solid relationships with her clients. We felt very comfortable with Gillian along the level of service she provided us and we loved the RDX so much we both ended up each buying the same identical car! Gillian was by our side through the entire process, even coming in on her day off. Finance numbers held no surprises and Keith was very quick and proficient explaining all options. I quite frankly believe my experience with Gillian at Crown Acura is the best I have ever experienced buying a car!
