Not only was she knowledgeable (extremely), in respect to this vehicle, it seemed Gillian's top priority was to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Even after our purchase, Gillian continued her service to us. She truly wants to make sure that everything about our car buying experience was as close to perfect as can be. Following all of this up was Leslie Magruder who carefully explained the in's and out's of the warranties and insurance options. She explained it in a way that even I could understand, in doing so I was able to make informed decisions on the different options. Since I'm here I feel like I should mention the service department as well. I have been bringing my TSX here for the past 5 1/2 years. They have always respected how practical I could be and always made sure to give me a priority list of services that I could have done, always respecting my financial situation at the time.
