I recently worked with Giannis at BMW of Freeport, and it was a fantastic experience. Referred by a friend, I communicated my car needs via phone and text, and Giannis quickly found the perfect car for me. H was a fantastic experience. He sent detailed photos and provided a thorough rundown, making my long drive (I live over 1 hr away) worthwhile. The car exceeded my expectations, and Giannis was a pleasure to deal with—no pressure, just professionalism. He scheduled and kept our appointment, and the test drive went smoothly. Giannis made the deposit process simple, guided me through the necessary steps, and was flexible throughout. When I returned to close the deal, everything was quick and efficient.
