Finance guy was totally unprofessional after we turned down the coverages and add-one. Then it tuens out they never filed the title paperwork and my 30-day temp tag is about to expire. I have made multiple phones calls, left voicemails and e-mails, and even texts with people in the business office and sales. The title paperwork has still not been filed on the car we bought 25 days ago, so I am now having to scramble trying to get a tag for my daughter's car (temp tag runs out on Monday). I can't even get anybody from the dealership to call me back unless I ask for sales - and then they listen to me and say "we'll have somebody call you". Still waiting.
