New car for a 16-year-old John and Gerry are always great to work with, but we had a tough time finding the right car for our 16-year-old daughter's first car. Everyone we pick John and Gerry are always great to work with, but we had a tough time finding the right car for our 16-year-old daughter's first car. Everyone we picked out ended up having a mechanical flaw! They finally found a nice, clean 2018 Ford Fusion for us, and Marc did a super job on financing it for us and getting all the paperwork approved. Machens Ford provides a great experience. Keep up the great work! More

Great Experience I walked into the Used Car Dealership not knowing what I wanted. I tried to work with another Salesman over several weeks. He was so nice but he never I walked into the Used Car Dealership not knowing what I wanted. I tried to work with another Salesman over several weeks. He was so nice but he never really followed through with me. I finally walked into the New Car Showroom and met Gerry. He worked really hard to help me figure out what I wanted and I purchased my Ruby Red within a few days. Jon helped with paperwork and we were on our way. They were both pleasant and the experience was quick and pain free. I love my new SUV. More

F150 not Inspected well I bought a F150 2 years old with 32,000 miles. It went through an inspection by the dealership. The 4 wheel drive had a vacuum line that was damaged I bought a F150 2 years old with 32,000 miles. It went through an inspection by the dealership. The 4 wheel drive had a vacuum line that was damaged due to an impact and a rodent chewed through some wiring that is causing the check engine light to come on. These issues should have been noticed on the inspection prior to putting the truck up for sale. I emailed the Sales person I bought it from and did not receive a response. More

Better than expected! Very friendly staff We drove down from Mid Iowa and really didn't know what to expect after talking to Gerry Smith about a Ford 2011 F150 Platinum. But after we took the vehicle for a ride and checked it out we realized that even though is was a one owner it had not been taken care of. First off it would need new tires, and a really good cleaning inside and out. So Gerry was wiling to deal and gave us an allowance of $500. for the new tires due to them running about $1,000 for LT tires. We feel like we got a fair trade- in for our 2008 Ford 150 and we're very happy that we found our newest vehicle. We would highly recommend the dealership and Gerry Smith. Brian did a great job on the paper work. That was two days ago and we already have purchased new tires, bug deflector and some window guards for the rain. More
