I came here on New years Eve with my family to purchase a new car. Tested drive the Corolla Cross, did not like it, left to go to another Toyota dealership but had a really bad experience over there. Came ba new car. Tested drive the Corolla Cross, did not like it, left to go to another Toyota dealership but had a really bad experience over there. Came back to this Braintree location in an hour and tried out the RAV4. They gave us what we wanted and experience was excellent with Gerry. Left with a brand new car 7 hours later, but overall very happy. Everyone who helped and spoke to us was really professional and helpful. A great new year to start off with. Bought 3 cars from this location in the past 6 months and love them all. It's becoming a family ordeal coming here because we enjoy the experience.
