First of all, I can't say enough about your salesperson Gerry G Gorham. I had a 2009 Nissan Altima that I purchased new. I was concerned that I was getting to the point where I really should salesperson Gerry G Gorham. I had a 2009 Nissan Altima that I purchased new. I was concerned that I was getting to the point where I really should get something newer. Because of Toyota's reputation of longevity, I decided that would me the next make of car. I ran into Gerry socially and when I found out he worked for Toyota, I knew I way ready to buy. When I bought new vehicles in the past, it was pretty easy, car lots a full of bright and shiny new cars. THIS time, for the first time ever, I had some special things that I wanted. I presented them to Gerry. First off, he made sure that I was comfortable with the model I would be purchasing. I was. Next he went on a mission to find the car for me. I was VERY specific about getting a certain color. He found exactly what I wanted. During the process of waiting for it to arrive in Braintree, he kept me updated on progress made via texts. One thing I especially liked is that he would send videos of my car to me (while I was gathering up my purchase money). The anticipation grew. He answered every question that I asked, and I had a lot of them. Today, this senior citizen drove home with probably the last car she would probably own. Yes, I am on Social Security so I needed to get the best deal not only on my purchase, but on the trade-in value of my car. Gerry treated me with respect and courtesy from day 1 through today, when I purchased my brand new Toyota Corolla. Hats off to him and to others in Braintree who made it all happen...Joey Foy, Emmanuel Hernandes, and Carlos Ortega. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and specifically Gerry to anyone I know who is car-shopping..GREAT customer service More

I have to start by saying, working with Gerry was the best experience I’ve had while shopping for a car that would meet my wants and needs. Unfortunately, at the time I started looking, I was going on vacation for two weeks, but Gerry knew what I was looking for and kept me informed via text to show me what was available. He found the perfect 2025 Camry XSE in the color I was looking for. When I got back from vacation, I went in to see Gerry and took a test drive. I loved it and decided to purchase the car. Picked it up yesterday and he went over all the options in the car with me. He had the patience of a Saint!! Told him I’d probably be back a few more times for further instructions about how some things work! Sure enough, I had to go back to ask for more help! Like I said, he has a lot of patience as I’m sure most salespeople just want to sell the car and that would be it. Gerry truly seems to care about his customers and that’s what it takes to be a great salesperson! Thank you for everything! More
