Gerard was a very nice, patient and knowledgeable dealer. He gave me all the information on my car and was truly very pleasant to talk to. He made everything simple! Gerard was fantastic and helped me get into a 2022 Carnival, which was very hard to come by. He was honest is what cars he had available and helped me make the right choice for my family. Made purchasing a new car a breeze, was very friendly and catered to any questions or concerns I had. Purchasing a new car is a pretty daunting experience but with Gerard it was quite the opposite. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to ask more. He’s guided me every step of the way. Being a female, often times car shopping can be intimidating. And so I must say that everybody involved in the sale was extremely friendly and helpful without pressuring me to get something that I really did not want or could not afford. From start to finish - from sale to delivery- management to finance to sales - they kept me informed and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you guys!!! I highly recommend Kia Smithtown. More

At first, my experience was not good. The first salesman I dealt with did not communicate well with me. But after he left the dealership, Gerard Rennie reached out and updated me with the The first salesman I dealt with did not communicate well with me. But after he left the dealership, Gerard Rennie reached out and updated me with the status of my vehicle weekly until my vehicle finally came in. Once the vehicle came in, everyone in the dealership treated me like family. Gerard even watched my three children while my wife and I were signing papers. Definitely will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a KIA. More
