I found myself having to find a new vehicle and was recommended to go to Kia to see salesman Gerard Rennie. The whole process went smoothly and pretty fast. Gerard was able to help me pick out the righ recommended to go to Kia to see salesman Gerard Rennie. The whole process went smoothly and pretty fast. Gerard was able to help me pick out the right vehicle specific to my lifestyle & needs. He didn't pressure me to pick a vehicle right now as I have had happen in the past in other dealers. When the financial aspect was taken care of I was able to pick up my car they took car of registering the car and setting up with my insurance company as well. I picked up my vehicle the next day as it was later evening when I had gone to Kia. The car I picked was the 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid. It was great getting in a new clean car the smell of the new car compares to the smell of a new baby you just know its fresh & new. Before I left dealership Gerard gave me a tour to show me where the service area is and helped me set up my 1st oil change appointment. He also showed me the pertinent areas for example where the complimentary bagels are and where the restrooms are. He also helped me set up my dashboard and link my phone to my car for hands free and set up my Google maps. He was kind and patient and generally cared that I felt confident to leave with my car safely knowing the way the car work. I recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle to go to Kua in Smithtown and ask to see Gerard Rennie you feel like he's your tour guide not a salesman trying too hard to get a sale.
