Outstanding Professionalism! I brought my Land Cruiser in for service recently for a major repair and could not have been more impressed with Gerald Lane. He was very transparent I brought my Land Cruiser in for service recently for a major repair and could not have been more impressed with Gerald Lane. He was very transparent throughout the entire process as well as being very anticipatory to my needs. I will come back to this dealership and service department because of Gerald. That's how good he was to work with. More

Fabulous Experience I am really impressed by the customer service that I received from Gerald Lane and Toyota of Boardman. I had to get some work done on my new used car I am really impressed by the customer service that I received from Gerald Lane and Toyota of Boardman. I had to get some work done on my new used car that I recently purchased somewhere else. There was some routine maintenance that was never done on the car before I purchased it. This maintenance was going to take all day, and they gave me a beautiful car to drive during the day at no charge. They did an awesome job servicing my car, and their pricing on the maintenance beat their competitors. Thank You Gerald Lane for taking such great care of me. You are an asset to Toyota. More

Above and beyond service I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the highway that was unavoidable. After getting my car towed to Toyota my service manager, Gerald went above and beyond for me. I was very flustered and upset about my car and worried because I was only in Ohio for a few days. Gerald called the next morning with my price tag and time frame....he even called and talked to my father upon me asking him to do so. I don't know cars well....needed dad's go ahead on repairs ha! By the very next day at 10am my car was done and ready for pick up. The mechanic came in early to fix my car. The whole team worked hard to get me and my car back on the road in time for my trip back home to Michigan. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! More

Great Service I was well cared for by Assistant Service Manager Gerald from start to finish. When I dropped the car off for repairs he asked good questions about t I was well cared for by Assistant Service Manager Gerald from start to finish. When I dropped the car off for repairs he asked good questions about the trouble and made sure we both understood my concern and the possible work to be done. He then called back (after speaking with service technician) and let me know they had found the cause, clearly stated what needed to be done, clearly stated the time involved and clearly stated the price. I gave the go ahead and, due to the necessity of acquiring a special part, was told what time to expect the car to be finished. I told Gerald that was pick-up time would be fine because it was within the time I truly needed the car. But I was very surprised when I was called a half-day early to learn the car was ready! I felt I was truly well taken care of and, most important, felt I was dealt with honestly and fairly. Great Job! More

So simple and hassle free! Needed a 4 or AWD and something to carry grandkids but also so had previously had pickup and got used to carrying larger loads. Told them what"I" wanted to make as a monthly payment and they showed me different cars and I chose a Seinna. Best choice ever made. They explain all the different protection options and plans with out any sales pitch, it was my choice. They worked with banks and got me a loan to fit the payment I had given. They are excellent at follow up and warranty info, also on 2 recalls, which were minor. I could not be more pleased with the quality of van and the dealership. More
