His three years as a Commercial Manager for Auto Zone and nine years as a Saturn service advisor gave George a solid foundation for his current role as Assistant Sales Manager. George’s commitment to his craft and customer satisfaction has consistently earned him a place in The Suburban Collection President’s Club, which annually recognizes top performers in sales and service. Away from work George enjoys spending time with his wife, son and the new family dog.

We had an appt for three weeks. We arrive at the dealer from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the p from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the parts and come in for the scheduled appointment. Terrible communication. George didn't seem to care much at all that we waster our entire day and have to come back ... OH! he gave a $10 discount on the invoice ! Complete Joke !! More

Good team doing good work Sounds crazy, but I actually "like" bringing my family's vehicles in for service at this dealership. I can't say I "know" anyone over there, but I've dealt with George for all of my service work since the dealership opened and he and the team have been excellent. George does a great job getting back to me if I leave a message, he calls with the important decision topics and leaves out the "can I get you to buy a ______" conversation since the car is here. Additionally, when the team has noticed something during the repair process, he checks things first and if it's covered... he tell you "the tech noticed this, I see it's covered under your extended warranty... so we took care of that while it's in". I'll take that treatment all day every day. More

As I was required to leave my vehicle, she was very accommodating in finding me a loaner for the day. I was not ready to be caught in a mini van and she more than willingly switched the vehicle to a new 200, even though that meant her finding it on the lot and getting it washed when the van was already ready. Much appreciated!! As for the *Almost perfect.... it took the service team about 10+ minutes to locate my key when I came to pick it up, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes because they forgot to run the car through the body shop for an estimate the day before. All-in-all though, extremely happy with the service! More

The BEST Dealership PERIOD I went in yesterday and met with sales woman Kristine Hill. I told her up front that I was having some credit issues but I REALLY needed a car. She was very understanding and really made me feel like she was going to do everything she could to help me, and she did. I thought I might be stuck there all day just to be turned down, but in less than 2hrs she had it set up for me to drive home THAT DAY in a 2014 car that had been turned in. I LOVE the car and I can't thank Ms. Hill enough for really going to bat for me and helping me get in such a great car and within my budget! Ms. Hill just earned a lifetime customer. When it's time to buy again, I will be going back and if someone asks for my opinion, I will be giving them her card. Thank you so much! More
