Get a PPI first! My buying process was fairly smooth and the salesperson was professional, but the vehicle had not received a full inspection and needed maintenance My buying process was fairly smooth and the salesperson was professional, but the vehicle had not received a full inspection and needed maintenance as I was told. Upon the first oil change after 5k miles, all CV axel assemblies require replacement, transmission fluid, filters, etc. These were supposed to have been addressed prior to sale. I contacted service and management, but was told they would not cover the cost. Poor service! More

Phil and George made the process of purchasing our new car super fast and easy. I don't like wasting time when shopping for vehicles, and they made the process super streamlined. They also did not pressure us into buying more expensive vehicles that we did not need. They clearly told us the information about each vehicle we were interested in and allowed us to make the final decision with each vehicle and no pushing. Great experience! More

Do not buy a car from this dealership. We bought a car from them in Oct 2023 and as we drove off the lot and turned on the heater, we found it didn’t work. Neither did the drivers side win We bought a car from them in Oct 2023 and as we drove off the lot and turned on the heater, we found it didn’t work. Neither did the drivers side window. We took it back and they said “too bad” and offered a repair estimate of $1800 to fix both issues. I’m kicking myself that we didn’t check these things when we test drove, but we also didn’t anticipate such dishonesty. (They are very friendly sales people who make you think they’re taking care of you.) I understand we have no legal recourse here. We signed the bill of sale and the transaction is closed. It’s our fault. We bought the xxxxty car and now we’re paying for it. I simply leave this review to say—be forewarned. This dealership is not ethical and I wish I could go back in time. More
