Hello Christopher, Thank you for leaving us a review. Your feedback is important to us. We're pleased to have been able to assist you, though it's clear we may have areas to improve. We're committed to excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that you spoke to the GM only late yesterday afternoon when you informed him that another dealership diagnosed your vehicle with needing a replacement transfer case. It seemed odd to get such a diagnosis when merely taking the vehicle in for a recall issued for a core headlight seal. His concern was it is unusual for a car that only had 37k miles on it, when it was purchased from us, to need a transfer case. They normally don't go bad that quickly. It is also our understanding that the GM offered to provide a second diagnosis, free of charge to ensure that the original diagnosis was indeed correct! Furthermore, he offered to help absorb some of the cost of the repairs of an accurate diagnosis, simply as a good faith gesture, as no dealership can be held liable for repairs needed on a used car that was purchased over a month ago; as they would have no way of knowing the how many miles were put of the car, or the condition in which the vehicle was driven. Regardless, we would still like to keep our commitment to providing excellent customer service, and we hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate this in the future. Let’s be clear with the truth. He suggested to come in for a diagnostic and when we asked for an appointment he said that the dealership was too busy right now. And we then called to make an appointment, and still haven’t received a call back. He did not offer to absorb any of the cost, but I would love to see that honored. Please contact us if you actually mean that. I do find it strange that you don’t trust the opinion and diagnostic of a Porsche dealership which specializes in these cars. But more so, that as professionals you say this is uncommon, but just doing a quick search on the issue - we discovered that this problem was VERY common in Porsches from those years and they even had 1) an extended warranty for this issue 2) there was a class action lawsuit that was filed against Porsche for this. If someone had just checked this problem one year earlier the car would still have been under the extended warranty. So - to me this clearly sounds like you guys knew about this and tried to cover it up. I’d love to be proved wrong and get your help to rectify the situation.

It’s obvious that a multi point inspection was not done as I was told. Filters don’t get dirty in 5k miles. Fluids don’t get dirty in 5k miles. CV axles don’t go bad in 5k miles. These things should have been addressed at time of purchase like I was told. Just be honest up front and don’t blame the customer.

Hello Gunnar, We regret that you are having issues with your vehicle. While we did sell you a car with an announcement, that announcement was made before the completion of the sale. Once the announcement is made during the sales process the customer is completely within their right to refuse to purchase the car. However, that was not the case, and you signed off on the announcement. The issue you are currently having is not related to the announcement that was made. Our service department attempted to correct the current issue and informed you they needed more time to drive the car to ensure the repair was complete. Since you refused to allow us extra time to drive the vehicle to check for completion and picked up the car, we are no longer able to assist you, We can't fix, or diagnose a car that is no longer in our possession. From the extensive number of emails that have been sent to you by both our GM and our service manager, it appears that we have made multiple attempts to accommodate you.

You guys disclosed a accident after I was signing the contract so it was a pressure move on you're end, you said the car was good to be sold with zero issue but when my mechanic scanned it the motor mounts are bad " electric power control 1000$ plus price to install, the information center is broken and will not close into the dash like it should, the rear seats HVAC is broken along with all 4 upper control arms on both sides and that's not including the intermittent issue that causes the car to go into limp mode on and off so it's impossible you didn't know about all these issues if you did a real professional scan on the car. You sold me a bad vehicle and passed it off as good to sell. The rear tail light leaks as well and it's a LED unit so it cost 600$+ to replace not included the labor, what you guys sold me is a giant mistake I'll regret for the next 70 months. I hope no one ever buys another car from you guys.
