Dealer never put deal through causing my trade in to be lost and took new car back. Until I made a formal complaint with state they would not work with me. If I could give negative stars I would and I will make sure everyone, including our lawyers hear about this. They are thieves and liars. They sold us a car that started to have issues on the longer first sure everyone, including our lawyers hear about this. They are thieves and liars. They sold us a car that started to have issues on the longer first drive. We took it in for a recall and learned that the transfer case is damaged and repairs are $8k in damages. This all happened within the first month of owning the car. We contacted them and they first dodged our calls and then we were redirected to George Sourial who sold it to us. When we were buying the car he said that they were the most reputable dealership in the area and that they check all their cars and provide the best rates. He flat out lied and was horribly rude on the phone. Don’t ever go here as they will sell you broken cars and far from reputable. They should take responsibility and be accountable for this. More

Get a PPI first! My buying process was fairly smooth and the salesperson was professional, but the vehicle had not received a full inspection and needed maintenance My buying process was fairly smooth and the salesperson was professional, but the vehicle had not received a full inspection and needed maintenance as I was told. Upon the first oil change after 5k miles, all CV axel assemblies require replacement, transmission fluid, filters, etc. These were supposed to have been addressed prior to sale. I contacted service and management, but was told they would not cover the cost. Poor service! More
