I was there for an oil change & it took 2 hours. Also, I felt the service department was trying to up charge me with items that equaled well over $3000!!! I was quite overwhelmed. Haven't had much interaction however felt as though first attempt to get resolution for issues was not being addressed professionally. Basically told by Mr. Antonio Fernandez I was lying about wheel lock ke attempt to get resolution for issues was not being addressed professionally. Basically told by Mr. Antonio Fernandez I was lying about wheel lock key not being in vehicle when purchased. He would not call me back; I had to constantly call him. The current service manager was able to address issues immediately. More
