Disappointed in the product. The cost vs value is extremely poor. I contacted George regarding my dissatisfaction and he completely ignored the comment. He stated he would be speaking to a manager and call me back- still waiting. The finance manager who assisted me was Not Marcello. The guy who helped me made sure he told me how much he was “helping me out” with the car and proceeded to add all of the additional products offered so that I could “help him out”. He stated that was common practice. Seemed shady and when I pushed back he said to help him out and I could come back in a year and remove the items. My overall experience started good with Leon and Marcello, but unfortunately they were not the ones who saw things through. I am not happy with my vehicle it is a real downgrade from my trade in and I implored George to help before the 48 hour period as stated in my contract and NO one from KIA even called me. Seems like once they get your money, car and signature- service means nothing. More
