Our first experience buying a car was traumatizing at another dealership and we dreaded having to go and buy another car. We showed up to the dealership right as they closed and instead of telling us to come back they open the doors and welcomed us. We expressed to the manager Erik how traumatizing her first experience was and he made sure to make us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience and explain things thoroughly to us. George was very patient with us despite how difficult I know we may have been they never complained nor treated us any different. Words cannot express how grateful we are, thank you so much, you turned an experience I dreaded to a great experience. I called Sunshine Kia regarding a new car advertised online. A final out-the-door price was negotiated over the phone with a sales rep and confirmed by a manager. Both had asked me to come to the dealer that day for guaranteed price. After visiting, test-driving, running my credit and moments before signing a contract, I realized the dealer had added $7000.00 to the contract - in addition to what was previously negotiated. They tried to sell me a car and sign a contract for $7,000 on top of the original negotiated agreed upon price. My entire day was wasted and they hoped I'd sign due to so much time spent. I was in complete disbelief. Lies, deceit, and dishonest sales tactics - complete bait & Switch. STAY AWAY!!! I bought my car from another dealer the next day. More
