DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! ! The vehicle we bought had a BROKEN AC INVERTER and the car had only 6,000 miles on it! It took them 2 weeks from August 15 to let us know that it ! The vehicle we bought had a BROKEN AC INVERTER and the car had only 6,000 miles on it! It took them 2 weeks from August 15 to let us know that it is broken. We are not given any update on when the part would come. Not a single call, we got a text (you can’t even reply) We are NOT OFFERED a reimbursement for a vehicle while they HOSTAGE my vehicle with NO UPDATE. We are left with NO CAR TO DRIVE. NO UPDATE. NO HELP! NO ASSISTANCE!! We had to call multiple times we were told on thursday august 24 that our advisor ROSA was ON LEAVE and NOBODY ELSE CAN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS and we are met with nasty people to pick up. We are asking today august 31 when the part would come in, we are told by ASHLEY that it has to be answered by the parts department and just transferred me EVEN if the car is hostaged in the SERVICE department. The whole process is RIDICULOUS and something you would NEVER experience at honda or toyota. TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE from a new hyundai owner. New car and broken with only 6000miles. They had our lives on pending on their terms and they didn’t care if we are being hassled for this unreliable vehicle sold to us. We had to take ubers and find another mode of transportation when we bought a car for convenience. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!! More

Called today. All the cars have msrp + 2,000 usd. Two thumbs up!! I purchased several cars for the company's and my personal use. For the first time this business was not a tedious and exhausting job. George was very I purchased several cars for the company's and my personal use. For the first time this business was not a tedious and exhausting job. George was very kind, professional, and efficient and I did not walk out of this dealership tired. Actually, I walked out pleased and enjoyed the purchase. I am saying this because it happened to me in the past that I spent more than five hours waiting to purchase a car and walked out without a purchase because of an extremely poor service. The gentleman in the Hyundai Hudson finances was very kind, professional and efficient as well. The rest of personnel around was smiling and greeting. Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 Turbo is a fantastic car with all sophisticated equipment. George knowledgeably explained the functions of the car and paired the phone to the car phone system. All questions were answered. I am completely satisfied by the service and will go back to Hudson Hyundai when the time comes for a new car purchase. I would also recommend this particular dealership to everybody who needs a car to enjoy the purchase. Thank you George, thank you Hudson Hyundai! A happy customer - Lemana Saran. More

terrible bought a used car from this dealer last month. was told while looking at the car it was just serviced and ready to go. test drove the car and the brak bought a used car from this dealer last month. was told while looking at the car it was just serviced and ready to go. test drove the car and the brakes on the car were unsafe to drive. told me it was just a little rust from sitting. im a tech at one of the prestige dealerships. they went and changed the brakes. after buying the car there was barely any oil on the dipstick and it was black clearly never changed by them. 20 days goes by and my temp plate on the car expires. they tell me to continue to drive the vehicle. unregistered! here i am today 25 days after purchase driving around my nice new unregistered car. awesome right. ive called the dealership over 45 times even before the plate expired and asked what was going on. talked to numerous people reguarding my situation only to be bounced around from song to song sitting on hold for extended periods of time. wish wouldve never purchased my car from this joke of a dealership. More
