Megan, we are sorry for your experience. Every vehicles gets a used vehicle inspection that is mirrored off the Ford Certified Pre-Owned checklist. None of the suspension items on your vehicle failed at inspection. Every vehicle we sell has our name on the back of it and that’s why we gave you a loaner vehicle while yours was being repaired in Duluth when we didn’t have to. We want your experience to be great and help where we can, when we can. The reason we use the Ford Certified Pre-Owned checklist is to find any issues before selling the vehicle. Ultimately we have no control over what happens with the vehicle when it leaves the lot and things can break. A vast majority of our pre owned vehicles have no issues and customers have a great ownership experience. Again, we are sorry yours was not.
