We were not happy about the issue with the first escalade they put us in. It had several issues. We called our sales lady after hours same day to ask about buying a nicer one. When the dealer open we went in they put us in. It had several issues. We called our sales lady after hours same day to ask about buying a nicer one. Because the deal knew that we had no options, they were able to take advantage of me and charge me full asking price of the only other vehicle that fit our criteria on the lot. It was either that or I was stuck with the escalade that had issues. So we ended up paying full list price, they told us there was no room to negotiate. We obviously know that's a lie. I was between a rock and a hard place and the deal had the advantage and took advantage of it. I will never buy from here again. I may not ever buy another cadillac again....As soon as we got into the second escalade it also had issues with the driver seat, even though it's a certified pre-owned. 2021 escalade sport platinum 51,000 miles $83,000.00 and already scheduled for service less than 24hours after buying it.
