Amazing service with George Chen I recently had the opportunity to drop my car off with George Chen at South Bay Lexus and he was very courteous and attentive to what I was describing I recently had the opportunity to drop my car off with George Chen at South Bay Lexus and he was very courteous and attentive to what I was describing. There was a slight mishap with my car (to no fault of the dealer) but George and his team came to the rescue made sure the car came out good as new. They made a stressful situation very easy and effortless on my part. George was great to work with and constantly gave me updates. The text system they have is also very convenient. Great job George and team for setting the bar high and still exceeding it. More
