Hello Mr. Desimone, I can provide you with my contact information but its really not necessary since I will not be bringing my car for service to that dealer ever again. Customer service is very important to me and will always determine whether I return to a place or not. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Maybe training the advisors for future customers should be considered. I notice that DCH reviews went also down from the first time I was there in October. I had just moved to New Jersey and the previous advisor went above and beyond my expectations which was the reason for my return. Unfortunately that relationship and any future business has been broken. I did make a compliant to the payment area about poor customer service and poor quality if work. Not even the 5 point inspection report was provided. Very disappointing.
