George was incredible from the day we ordered the Escalade. He kept us informed along the way and especially as the build date got closer and delivery was made. He did an exceptional job getting everything taken care of, incredibly friendly, and very responsive to any texts or phone calls. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Cadillac. The finance guy could use some feedback though, since my experience with him was less than pleasant. We were paying cash for the vehicle so we did not expect it to take long but he was in a meeting and as it turned out to tell us he was buying his own Escalade at the time. He seemed annoyed that my 2 year old daughter was cranky but that was because we waited so long to see him. Overall I am still happy about the overall experience all because of George and his personality and willingness to help. More
