The worst experience ever. I leased a car and when i signed the paperwork the contract had changed. Instead of 12000 miles per year i onyy received 10000 and my lease term was I leased a car and when i signed the paperwork the contract had changed. Instead of 12000 miles per year i onyy received 10000 and my lease term was changed from paying for 36000 to 39000 months. Partially my fault for not walking out right away but to what extent should one be able to trust what car sales reps and finance people promise? Very very disappointed. More

I tried to put a deposit down on a car and their sales person (George) put it on the wrong vehicle. He told me the car was ready and it would be arriving the next day so I can get the loan (that was good person (George) put it on the wrong vehicle. He told me the car was ready and it would be arriving the next day so I can get the loan (that was good for 45 days) sorted out. The next day I asked for the VIN and that's when he told me "there was a mixup" and "would you be interested in this other vehicle?" I tried calling and getting things sorted out and got continuously ghosted by the dealership and never given a straight answer. Finally started talking with the manager (Ricky) who attempted to help me by finding the vehicle I had wanted and said he was going to try to contact another customer to see if they were intending on going through with their ordered vehicle that matched my requested specs. I ended up going up to Fort Collins Kia because I didn't want to deal with it. Icing on the cake, based on the reviews on this site, it seems like it's not the first time people have been unhappy with George. More

After making an all cash payment, we flew three hours to pick up our vehicle and waited 4 hours for the dealership to finish tinting windows and getting vehicle ready. After receiving the notification that our car was finished and ready to be picked up, we booked a plane ticket for a week later to pick up the vehicle only to find out they had lied and it was still not ready. Severely disappointed in our salesperson George. He presented a price higher than what was agreed upon (more than a thousand dollars over original price) and only changed it after we claimed we wouldn’t sign the incorrect paperwork. Luckily Jason from finance was there to make sure it didn’t take any longer for us to receive our vehicle before starting our long drive home. I’m very disappointed with this dealership and would go out of my way to use a different one. Do Better! More
