Had the pleasure of working with George and found my dream car! He was very personable and professional. Even though I was interested in a Kia and not a Mercedes (he has 24 years of sales experience wit dream car! He was very personable and professional. You can tell he has a passion for getting people into their dream car! I don’t know much of the car jargon but he was patient with me and answered my questions. The whole process was smooth and efficient. George made sure I had copies of all the important paperwork that I didn’t know I needed. WOW, I don’t even known where to start. Today I traded my 2015 GL at Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh. Only had it 18 months and bought it from an import dealer. Took it in for a diagnostic to see what the issues were and the cost. The cost would have been A-LOT!! So I asked what could I get as a trade? Mario, the Service Advisor sent me over to meet George Brown. From the first handshake I felt at ease. Now I know it’s the salesman’s job to sell me a car, but what George did was sell me on the experience. Told him the issues of my GL and what I would like to do but want to see the numbers. He showed me 1 SUV in the show room-letting me know the possibilities. Then we looked at my trade. Showed me an SUV on the lot. Then the bad news came of the trade in-let’s just say it wasn’t what I wanted to hear but I shouldn’t expect much. The one thing I appreciated from George was I felt he was being honest. Bottom line my SUV was not worth the repair cost and I wasn’t going to get much for it-I ended up checking the value online. Then the experience came, we did a test drive of the GLE. I was hooked from the moment I got behind the wheel and took off. However, when we got back to the dealership I was still hesitant about cost of repairs. Here comes the further experience that George provided, the GLE is certified and I could get the extend warranty. VERY IMPORTANT to me and the longevity of owning this vehicle. And the sign on his desk helped too, PEACE OF MIND. After owning 2 Mercedes bought from non-Mercedes dealers, I will never do that again. My husband said to George, “Thank you for being apart of our journey.” And that journey has been something else…whew!!! I can’t thank George enough. He is an honest man. He takes you through the experience of owning a classic and the best luxury brand. I am all about customer service and how I am treated when car shopping. For me, George went above and beyond. The process was QUICK!!!! I now own my first real/certified Mercedes-Benz from the actual dealer. Thank you George you are truly the best and classic at what you do. Stay true my friend and may God continue to bless you. More
