I drove 45 minutes each way to buy a car at Bob gillingham. I’ve been a loyal customer to them for many many years Because Bob Gillingham cared about their customers and gave amazing customer servi gillingham. I’ve been a loyal customer to them for many many years Because Bob Gillingham cared about their customers and gave amazing customer service from The time you walked in the door to the time you left they were very family oriented had amazing customer service. Ken Ganley is not a Bob Gillingham. with that being said, I feel like they’re no communicating over there and they’re turning into a big box dealership. They just want quantity of Quality. Nowhere to park people everywhere people not knowing what they’re doing with. That being said I will not be returning and I will not recommend this dealership. More
